Dear Exhibitor,

The New Market Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to join us at the New Market Heritage Days, October 23 & 24 2010.  This is our sixteenth annual festival and we anticipate participation by more than 50 artists and crafters.  We project approximately 2,000 in attendance. The event takes place on Congress Street in the downtown New Market Historic district.  Hours are 9 AM – 5 PM Saturday and Sunday.  This event will be publicized online as well as in print ads and local newspapers.

The regular registration fee is $65.00 for crafters and $115.00 for food vendors (spaces 10x20).  Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first served basis.  However, all attempts will be made to accommodate specific space requests from prior crafters.  Tent street spaces are a maximum six (6) feet from curb into street and a maximum four (4) feet from curb into sidewalk.  Three (3) feet of sidewalk space must be maintained for pedestrians at tall times.

Make checks payable to the New Market Area Chamber of Commerce and mail to P.O. Box 57, New Market, VA  22844.  You will be notified of the status of your application within 15 business days of receipt at the chamber office.  Space assignment letters will be mailed on or before October 1, 2010.
